The Aerie is not accessible for people with limited or restricted mobility.

The Aerie has quite possibly the best views in all of Dubrovnik (read our reviews!). However, there is a trade-off: If you have been to Dubrovnik before, you will know that it is very hilly—and our location is no exception.

From the street, the apartment is reachable by way of a zigzagging outdoor stone staircase with 58 steps. (The staircase does have a stunning view—see the photo at right—and we are happy to help carry guests' luggage.)

Also, while the walk down to the old town is short, easy and scenic, taking about 10 minutes, the walk back up is a bit strenuous. While some guests enjoy the exercise, many choose to take a taxi or an Uber (less expensive than a taxi). The ride takes about 5 minutes and on Uber costs about 8€.
