The Aerie: A hillside retreat overlooking Dubrovnik

The Aerie is a fully renovated, two-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental in a charming hillside neighborhood within walking distance of Dubrovnik's old town and offering unparalled views. It is a spacious, stylish and light-filled apartment, with plentiful amenities that comfortably accommodates four adults.

The apartment has everything you'll need for an unforgettable Dubrovnik vacation, including:

●  Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and featuring premium mattresses, pillows and bedding. (Also, if you let us know in advance, we can set up a baby crib/cot and also provide a highchair.)

●  Spacious and up-to-date bathroom with walk-in shower, heated tile floor and upscale toiletries.

●  Dining area and comfortable living room (including smart TV and Bluetooth speaker).

●  Contemporary kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and eating in, and including a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric water kettle and pour-over coffee maker.

●  Laundry room, with washer, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing table, and including complimentary laundry-detergent pods.

●  Strong WiFi; air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and throughout the main living space.

●  Dedicated parking space directly in front of the property (at street level).

●  Plenty of other little extras to ensure you have a lovely, comfortable stay.

Last, but certainly not least, The Aerie offers stunning panoramic views of Dubrovnik's old town, the island of Lokrum (a nature preserve) and the surrounding blue Adriatic. Catch the ever-changing views from one of two private balconies (one off the living room, the other off the bedrooms) or from the spacious and secluded outdoor stone terrace directly outside the apartment. Immediately on the other side of the terrace's retaining walls is Dubrovnik's green belt, with its forest of Mediterranean pine trees and other native plants.

At The Aerie, smoking is allowed only on the balconies and on the outdoor terrace.
